RETURN POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Terms & Conditions apply, see policy for details. All sales are final.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view your orders under My Account and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item. Please, see return policy for details.
• Defective Items: We will replace any defective item, immediately at no cost to you. However, you must return the item to receive a replacement/refund and you will be responsible for return shipping.
• Non-Defective Items: We charge a 20% re-stocking fee and customer is responsible for return shipping and fees. All sales are final.
