Can you match our Pantone brand colors?
Yes. We use Pantone-guided thread matching and provide test swatches on request for critical approvals.
What file types do you accept?
JPEG, JPG, or PNG preferred. However, we also accept Vector (AI, EPS, PDF). High-res PNG/SVG also work. We do not accept any outside embroidery files due to quality control. We handle embroidery-specific digitizing per garment type.
Do you offer uniform programs and reorders?
Yes. We assign program IDs, lock placements, and archive machine code for fast, consistent reorders.
What are typical lead times?
Standard: 5–10 business days after proof approval. Rush and same-day options are available.
Do you produce everything in-house?
Yes. We do not outsource. This protects your brand, speeds turnaround, and keeps quality consistent.
Do you ship nationwide?
Do you make PVC or woven patches?
