We are a premium, independent brand — not just another print shop. Every hat, hoodie, patch, or tee you see on our site is produced in-house by our team. We don’t dropship. We don’t outsource. This page gives you real-time updates on production speed, shipping timelines, and any relevant delays we're experiencing — so you always know what to expect.

Whether you’re ordering our premium gear, our fitted hats, streetwear hoodies, custom embroidery, screen printed t-shirts, premium patches, or a custom fitted hat from our shop, it’s designed, stitched, and shipped directly by us — no middlemen, no compromises.

 

Current Production Turnaround (August 2025)

• Embroidery (Hats, Hoodies, Tees, Bags, etc.): 2–3 business days
• Screen Printing: 2–3 business days
• Custom Patches: 3–5 business days
• Digitizing Fee Orders: 1-2 business day for logo setup
• Rush Orders: Available upon request – contact us here

Turnaround is based on current capacity. Larger bulk orders (100+ units) may take longer. However, our current bulk orders of 100+ units are on a 2-3 day turnaround.

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (USPS/UPS)
• Local Delivery – Colorado Springs: $5 flat rate
• Extended Delivery: Denver, Pueblo, Loveland, Fort Collins (custom pricing, meet-ups available)

We built this page to stay honest and transparent — and it’s still here for that exact reason. Our customers deserve to know how long their order will take, with no runaround, no bs, and no excuses.

How long does custom embroidery take?

Most embroidery orders ship within 2–3 business days. We do everything in-house, so no long waits or outsourcing delays.

Are you a dropshipper?

No. We are a 100% independent, in-house brand. All embroidery, printing, packing, and shipping is done by our team.

Do you ship from the USA?

Yes. Every order ships from Colorado via USPS or UPS. No overseas delays or customs problems.

Can I get my order faster?

Yes. Rush orders are available — just contact us before placing your order.

Do you offer pickup or local delivery?

Yes. We offer local pickup and $5 flat rate delivery in Colorado Springs. Meetups available for surrounding cities. Details here.

• Everything is currently running as scheduled.
• We have a current 2-3 day turnaround time on all orders.

• We have a 1-3 day delay on orders, we apologize for the delays and inconvenience.
• Shipping times are current and running about 3-5 days depending on location.
• We are working overtime to get back up to speed and back on track.

2022 Production Times: 6/20/22

• Due to an increase in orders, we are experiencing a 3-7 day delay on production times.
• Shipping times are currently running: 2-5 days delivery, depending on locations and holidays.
• Due to our ongoing sales on hats, we are experiencing a 3-7 day delay on embroidery.

2022 Production Times: 3/29/22

• Most hoodies, hats and tees are on a 2 day production time. Many we are shipping same day. However, some may take us 3-7 days due to high volume orders.
• We are still undergoing website maintenance and you may experience some delays or stock issues.
• Our warehouse move has been completed and we are still operating at full capacity.

2021 Production Times

• Operations are now back up to full capacity and operating as normal.
• Production times are currently at 1-7 business days.
• Tanks, tees, hoodies: 1-3 business days. (Print)
• Premium hoodies, leggings: 9-14 business days. (Cut and Sew)
• Hats, beanies, bucket hats, visors, etc.: 9-14 business days. (Embroidery)

Production Times: With Covid-19 Delays

• Please, allow 12 business days for production before, shipping. 
• All of our accessories, shoes, apparel and jewelry are custom designed and printed to order. 
• All personalized and custom engraving can take up to 8-10 business days.

Covid-19 Production Delays:

We are currently, experiencing some production delays due to stay home orders from covid-19.

We are limited in operations due to the safe distancing orders and regulations which has, caused us some delays in production times.
