We are a premium, independent brand not just another embroidery or print shop. Every hat, hoodie, patch, or tee you see on our site is produced in-house on-site by our team in Colorado. We don’t dropship. We don’t outsource. This page gives you real-time updates on our current production speeds, shipping timelines, and any relevant delays we're experiencing, so you always know what to expect.

Whether you’re ordering our premium gear, our fitted hats, streetwear hoodies, custom embroidery, screen printed t-shirts, premium patches, or a custom fitted hat from our shop, it’s designed, stitched, and shipped directly by us, no middlemen, no compromises. Current Production Turnaround (January 2026)

  • Embroidery (Hats, Hoodies, Tees, Bags, etc.): 2–3 business days
  • Screen Printing: Currently experiencing a 3 day delay, due to heavy volume
  • Custom Patches: 2-3 business days, Bulk: 3–5 business days
  • Digitizing Fee Orders: 1-2 business days for logo setup
  • Rush Orders: Available upon request – contact us here

Turnaround is based on current capacity. Larger bulk orders (100+ units) may take longer. However, our current bulk orders of 100+ units are on a 2-3 day turnaround.

This page started back in 2020 during covid times, when we noticed the industry getting flooded with dropshippers, print-on-demand scams, and late shipments. We built this page to stay honest and transparent, and it’s still here for that exact reason. Our customers deserve to know how long their order will take, with no runaround, no bs, and no excuses.

How long does your custom embroidery take?

Most of our embroidery orders ship within 2–3 business days. We do everything in-house, so no long waits or outsourcing delays.

Are you a dropshipper?

No. We are a 100% independent, in-house brand. All embroidery, printing, packing, and shipping is done by our team in our Colorado Springs, Co facility.

Do you ship from the USA?

Yes. Every order ships from Colorado Springs, Colorado via USPS or UPS. No overseas delays or customs issues.

Can I get my order faster?

Yes. Rush orders are available just contact us before placing your order.

Do you offer pickup or local delivery?

Yes. We offer local pickup and flat rate delivery in Colorado Springs. Meetups available for surrounding cities. Details here.

2022 Production Times: 3/29/22

  • Most hoodies, hats and tees are on a 2 day production time. Many we are shipping same day. However, some may take us 3-7 days due to high volume orders.
  • We are still undergoing website maintenance and you may experience some delays or stock issues.
  • Our warehouse move has been completed and we are still operating at full capacity.

  • Please, allow 12 business days for production before, shipping. 
  • All of our accessories, shoes, apparel and jewelry are custom designed and printed to order. 
  • All personalized and custom engraving can take up to 8-10 business days.
