RETURNS & EXCHANGES

No returns & no exchanges. All sales are final, no exceptions.

We personally, make every piece for your order by hand therefore, it is considered a custom item and because, of this we do not offer any returns or exchanges.

You are purchasing from a Colorado business and will be subject to all Colorado laws.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please, inspect your order upon receiving it. You must contact us within 24 hours if, the item is damaged so, that we can commence and fix the issue right away. If, 24 hours have passed, your request is no longer valid and will be closed.

  • Please, note: We use the appropriate and proper shipping packaging so, your order does not arrive damaged from shipping.
  • With the exception of our coffee mugs - replacements, only. 
  • Due to the screen printing and embroidery processes we use, there can be small flaws. However, quality is our number one priority so, if an item was shipped with a small flaw in a print such as a little heavy on the ink or a small ink spot, you were made aware by email with the option of replacement. If, you agree to satisfatory and reject the replacement, the offer will be void and closed.
  • These small print or ink flaws do not hinder the use or normal use of our products and or risk any unknowable or unacceptable danger. It is simply a small print flaw that didn't reach perfection in our standard.
  • Colors may differ slightly by device type and are not subject to your perception. We do our best to match colors to be honest and true and in good faith to meet consumer expectation. Your purchase of the wrong color does not imply damage or being defective on our end and will not be considered cause for a refund.

EXCHANGES

  • No exchanges.
  • We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or color.
  • If, you've purchased the wrong size or color, you will need to purchase another.
  • The fastest way to ensure you get the color or size you need is to make a new purchase for the correct item(s).

All items are custom made for your order by the processes of being printed, screen printed, sewn, fabricated, embroidered, welded, engraved, etc.

  • Shoes, Hats, Clothing Garments: Not eligible for returns or exchanges and are non-refundable.
  • Beauty, Health And Personal Care Items: Not eligible for returns or exchanges and are non-refundable.
  • All Final Sale Items: Not eligible for returns or exchanges and are non-refundable.
  • Any-All Personal Intimates: Not eligible for returns or exchanges and are non-refundable.
  • Accessories, Necklaces And Drinkware: Not eligible for returns or exchanges and are non-refundable.
  • Gift Cards Or Gift Certificates: Not eligible for returns or exchanges and are non-refundable.
  • Any Items Or Objects To Be Used Or Worn On Your Body: Not eligible for returns or exchanges and are non-refundable.
  • Customized-Personalized Items, Gifts or Apparel: Not eligible for returns or exchanges and are non-refundable.
  • Any Made To Order Item: Not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

        REPLACEMENTS

        • We do not offer replacements of any item.
        • Our products are new and in good quality, working use and order upon departing our facility and arrival to your door and will not be considered defective.
        • If, you damage a product or packaging with intention of receiving a return, exchange, replacement or refund, we will consider this a breach of use of our services and will terminate our agreement with you and no return, replacement, exchange or refund will be offered or approved.
        • We do not offer or allow replacements due to neglegence or improper use and/or care.
        • We do no offer replacements if, you have accidentally damaged an item.

           

          ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

          • Any package or order refused due to custom fees.
          • Returns For Wrong Address: No returns or refunds due to an incorrect address. We ship to the address you provided at the time of your order.

           

          EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

          There are no exceptions for returns, refunds, replacements or exchanges. All sales are final.

           

          REFUNDS

          In the event a refund is offered, once your return is received and inspected within 5-8 business days, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
          • Non-Defective Items: We charge a 20% re-stocking fee and customer is responsible for return shipping and fees. All sales are final.
          • To Be Eligible For A Refund: Your item must not be damaged in any way, shape or form. Your item must be unopened, unused and in new sellable condition. It must also be sealed or closed in the original packaging, with the original tags, bags, cardboard protectors, strings, etc.
          • Several Types Of Goods Are NON-Returnable: We custom make hats, shoes, slippers, sandals, flip flops, heels, wedges and clothing garments, any and all requested personalized-customized items and these cannot be returned.
          • NON-Returnable Items: We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, items or objects to be worn or used on your personal body. We print, sew, embroider, etc and make each item to your order therefore, we will consider this a custom item.
          • Bank Processing Times After A Refund: Please, note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account, typically banks request 1-7 business days.
          • Refunds Not Issued For Wrong Address: No returns or refunds will be issued due to an incorrect address. We ship to the address you provided at the time of your order.
          • An Approved Return: In the event an offered return has passed inspection and is approved, then your refund will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, pending or posted to your account within 1-7 business days with a maximum of 15 business days.
            • Rejected-Denied Return: If an offered return has failed inspection and is denied, then you will not receive a refund. No refunds, no exceptions. All returns are disposed of immediately, due to sanitary and safety precautions. A denial will be cause for any type of damage that is no longer considered new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unopened, torn, ripped, stained, makeup on item, discolored, missing original tagging, bags, packaging, cardboard protectors-bags-covers, etc. 
            • Examples Of A Rejected Or Denied Return: Immediate failed inspection would be unopened, unused, unwashed, unworn, damaged, torn, ripped, stained, stains or dirty, makeup on item, worn, used, not sealed, missing protective covers-bags-cardboards, not in original packaging, etc.
            • Recommended: To inspect your item and send us detailed pictures, before paying for return shipping to prevent a failed inspection. A failed inspection will be cause for disposal.

               

              LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

              • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your email-spam-other folders to see if, your refund was approved then, check your bank account.
              • If, your return has been approved, your refund would be processed, immediately and may take 2-8 business days to show.
                • Contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially "pending" or posted. Banks typically, ask for 1-7 business days.

                    

                  RETURN SHIPPING

                  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
                  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
                  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
                  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund   when, free shipping was used.
