SHIPPING CARRIERS WE USE AND TIMES

We're located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We ship with USPS and UPS. Shipping times are not guaranteed and are estimated on average delivery times. If, your order is placed after 3 pm, it will be processed the following business day.

DELIVERY TIMES:

  • Economy Shipping: 5-8 Business Days
  • Standard Shipping: 3-4 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days (Overnight)
  • Free Shipping on U.S. orders for limited time only (Custom orders not eligible)

Domestic:

  • Someย orders may be delayed due to COVID-19 or situations such as limited staff and hours in your city or state.ย 
  • *During the Winter months and Hurricane season, some cities and states can experience a delay due to weather, flooding, severe storms, power outages, etc.
  • We are not liable if, a carrier is late with your package or order. We do not control or assist with the delivery process therefore, it is your responsibility to reach out to the carrier to deal with any delays, issues, lost or stolen packages.

International:

  • We do not offer International shipping. We only, ship within the United States.

    The time it takes us to make and prep your order for shipping typically, takesย 3-5ย business days.


    PROCESSING ORDERS

    You will receive a confirmation email of your order details please, check your spam and other folders. After, your payment is verified, your order will be processed withinย 3-5 business days,ย excluding weekends and holidays.

    If, we are experiencing a high volume of orders (from sales or holidays) your shipment may be delayed by a few days. Any items that are back ordered, will be shipped out as soon as they become available. Your tracking number will be active, immediately. However, please allow 24-48 hours for scan confirmation and any available updates.ย 

    • Orders are processed Monday-Friday, 8-5pm MST/MDT, only.
    • Our last pick up for end of the day is 3:30 pm Monday-Friday, only.
    • Some orders can take up toย 7-10 business days to be processed which, can include payment verification if, any payment details have failed verification.
    • Occasionally, some items will be shipped separately. Ex. (if, an item is express or expedited ordered it will take priority and ship before the other items in your order)

      TRACKING YOUR ORDER

      • We ship all of our orders with a tracking number for your convenience at no extra cost.
      • Your tracking number will be sent to the email in the order - Once, your order has shipped. (Check other/s p a m/j u n k folder)
      • Once your item(s) have shipped, it may take up to 24-48 hours for USPS to scan and update in their systems (not including weekends or holidays).
      • Please, be patient and we ask that you give it the 24-48 hours before, you can expect to see it scanned.

        Drop-Off Your Own Blanks

        Already have your own hats, tees, hoodies, or jackets? You can drop off your own garments for embroidery or printing. This is a great option for companies who want to use their own uniforms or blanks.

        Instructions:

        • Drop-offs are by appointment only
        • Bag and label items clearly with your name + contact info
        • Bring clean and counted garments
