        DEFECTIVE, DAMAGES AND ISSUES

        Please, inspect your order upon delivery. You must contact us within 24 hours if, the item is damaged so, that we can commence and fix the issue, immediately. If, 24 hours have passed, your requestΒ is no longer valid and willΒ be closed.

        • Defective items will be replaced immediately. However, you must return the defective item for a replacement. You are responsible for shipping costs.
        • Please, note: We use the appropriate and proper shipping packaging so, your order does not arrive damaged from shipping.
        • With the exception of our coffee mugs - replacements, only at no cost to you.Β 
        • Due to the screen printing and embroidery processes we use, there can be small flaws. However, quality is our number one priority so, if an item was shipped with a small flaw in a print such as a little heavy on the ink or a small ink spot, you were made aware by email with the option of replacement. If, you agree to satisfactory and reject the replacement, the offer will be void and closed.
        • These small print or ink flaws do not hinder the use or normal use of our products and or risk any unknowable or unacceptable danger. It is simply a small print flaw or embroidery flaw that didn't reach the idea of perfection to our standards.
        • Colors may differ slightly by device type and are not subject to your perception. We do our best to match colors to be honest and true and in good faith to meet consumer expectation. Your purchase of the wrong color does not imply damage or being defective on our end and will not be considered as such or cause for a refund.
        • If, you have ordered the wrong color or size simply return it and order another while processing a return. You will be responsible for return shipping and fees.

                      • NON-Returnable Items:Β We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, items or objects to be worn or used on your personal body. We print, sew, embroider, etc and make each itemΒ to your order therefore, we will consider this a custom item.
                      • Canceled Order:Β If, for any reason we cancel your order, your refund will be issued, immediately.Β Most refundsΒ take 3-5 business days.
                      • Bank Processing Times After A Refund:Β Please,Β noteΒ it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account, typically banks request 1-7 business days.
                      • Refunds Not Issued For Wrong Address:Β No returns orΒ refunds will be issued due to an incorrect address. We ship to the address you provided at the time of your order.

                                                      There are multiple reasons this happens.

We don’t have special requirements; we can work with both structured and unstructured hats, and we have multiple hoop sizes to fit most styles. Just make sure you can get the hats to us, once they’re here, we’ll handle the rest.

                                                                  Our standard window for processing an order is 2-3 business days but can vary. During busy times, this can take up to 3-5 business days. During sales and holidays, this can be extended 5-12 days.
