What does unfulfilled mean
It means your order has not shipped. It is still open, in production, or partially filled and has not fully completed to be shipped, yet. Not often but, sometimes we may have to remake a hat or do a re-print. Mistakes do happen so, we ask for a little extra patience and understanding.

The time it takes us to make and prep your order for shipping typically, takes 2-3 days. Some orders will ship within 1-3 days and some may take up to 5-8 days.
PROCESSING ORDERS
You will receive a confirmation email of your order details please, check your spam and other folders. After, your payment is verified, your order will be processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
If, we are experiencing a high volume of orders (from sales or holidays) your shipment may be delayed by a few days. 30 day returns for new, unused, items. Must meet all terms and requirements below for a valid return. You will be responsible for any return shipping and fees.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please, inspect your order upon delivery. You must contact us within 24 hours if, the item is damaged so, that we can commence and fix the issue, immediately. If, 24 hours have passed, your request is no longer valid and will be closed.
- Defective items will be replaced immediately. However, you must return the defective item for a replacement. You are responsible for shipping costs.
- Please, note: We use the appropriate and proper shipping packaging so, your order does not arrive damaged from shipping.
- With the exception of our coffee mugs - replacements, only at no cost to you.
- Due to the screen printing and embroidery processes we use, there can be small flaws. However, quality is our number one priority so, if an item was shipped with a small flaw in a print such as a little heavy on the ink or a small ink spot, you were made aware by email with the option of replacement. If, you agree to satisfatory and reject the replacement, the offer will be void and closed.
- These small print or ink flaws do not hinder the use or normal use of our products and or risk any unknowable or unacceptable danger. It is simply a small print flaw or embroidery flaw that didn't reach the idea of perfection to our standards.
- Colors may differ slightly by device type and are not subject to your perception. We do our best to match colors to be honest and true and in good faith to meet consumer expectation. Your purchase of the wrong color does not imply damage or being defective on our end and will not be considered as such or cause for a refund.
- If, you have ordered the wrong color or size simply return it and order another while processing a return. You will be responsible for return shipping and fees.
EXCHANGES

REPLACEMENTS
- We will replace any item we have deemed defective at no cost to you. Must be valid. All defective items must be returned before, a replacement will be shipped out, you are responsible for shipping costs.

- If, you damage a product or packaging with intention of receiving a return, exchange, replacement or refund, we will consider this a breach of use of our services and will terminate our agreement with you immediately and no return, replacement, exchange or refund will be offered or approved.

REFUNDS
In the event a refund is offered, once your return is received and inspected within 5-8 business days, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Defective Items: We will replace any defective item, immediately at no cost to you. However, you must return the item to receive a replacement/refund and you will be responsible for return shipping.
- Non-Defective Items: We charge a 20% re-stocking fee and customer is responsible for return shipping and fees. All sales are final.
- To Be Eligible For A Refund: Your item must not be damaged in any way, shape or form. Your item must be unopened, unused and in new sellable condition. It must also be sealed or closed in the original packaging, with the original tags, bags, cardboard protectors, strings, etc. It must not have any type of damage that is no longer considered new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unopened, torn, ripped, stained, deodorant or makeup on item, discolored, missing original tagging, bags, packaging, cardboard protectors-bags-covers, etc.
- Several Types Of Goods Are NON-Returnable: We custom make hats, shoes, slippers, sandals, flip flops, heels, wedges and clothing garments, any and all requested personalized-customized items and these cannot be returned.
- NON-Returnable Items: We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, items or objects to be worn or used on your personal body. We print, sew, embroider, etc and make each item to your order therefore, we will consider this a custom item.
- Canceled Order: If, for any reason we cancel your order, your refund will be issued, immediately. Most refunds take 3-5 business days.
- Bank Processing Times After A Refund: Please, note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account, typically banks request 1-7 business days.
- Refunds Not Issued For Wrong Address: No returns or refunds will be issued due to an incorrect address. We ship to the address you provided at the time of your order.
- An Approved Return: In the event an offered return has passed inspection and is approved, then your refund will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, pending or posted to your account within 1-7 business days with a maximum of 15 business days.
- Rejected-Denied Return: If an offered return has failed inspection and is denied, then you will not receive a refund. No refunds, no exceptions. All returns are disposed of immediately, due to sanitary and safety precautions. A denial will be cause for any type of damage that is no longer considered new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unopened, torn, ripped, stained, deodorant or makeup on item, discolored, missing original tagging, bags, packaging, cardboard protectors-bags-covers, etc.

- Recommended: To inspect your item and send us detailed pictures, before paying for return shipping to prevent a failed inspection. A failed inspection will be cause for disposal.
