We ship with USPS and UPS. Shipping times are not guaranteed and are estimated on average delivery times. If, your order is placed after 3 pm, it will be processed the following business day.

  • Standard: 5-8 Business Days
  • US Flat Rate/Economy: 2-5 Business Days


  • Some orders may be delayed due to COVID-19 or situations such as limited staff and hours in your city or state. 
  • *During the Winter months and Hurricane season, some cities and states can experience a delay due to weather, severe storms, power outages, etc.
  • We are not liable if, a carrier is late with your package or order. We do not control or assist with the delivery process therefore, it is your responsibility to reach out to the carrier to deal with any delays, issues, lost or stolen packages.


  • We do not offer International shipping at this time. We currently, ship to the United States, only.



      We currently, offer free shipping for orders over $150 in the US. Not valid for custom orders.

      The time it takes us to make and prep your order for shipping typically, takes 2-3 days. Some orders will ship within 1-3 days and some may take up to 5-8 days.


      You will receive a confirmation email of your order details please, check your spam and other folders. After, your payment is verified, your order will be processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

      If, we are experiencing a high volume of orders (from sales or holidays) your shipment may be delayed by a few days. Any items that are back ordered, will be shipped out as soon as they become available. Your tracking number will be active, immediately. However, please allow 24-48 hours for confirmation and any available updates. 

      • Orders are processed Monday-Friday, 10-5pm MST, only.
      • Our last pick up for end of the day is 3:30 pm Monday-Friday, only.
      • Some orders can take up to 3-7 business days to be processed which, can include payment verification if, any payment details have failed verification.
      • Occasionally, some items will be shipped separately. Ex. (if, an item is express or expedited ordered it will take priority and ship before the other items in your order)

        • We ship all of our orders with a tracking number for your convenience at no extra cost.
        • Your tracking number will be sent to the email in the order - Once, your order has shipped. (Check other/spam/junk folder)
        • Once your item(s) have shipped, it may take up to 24-48 hours for USPS to scan and update in their systems (not incuding weekends or holidays). Please, be patient and we ask that you give it the 24-48 hours before, you can expect to see it scanned.



        • Prices will vary based on your actual order.
        • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes or vat fees that may occur or apply.
        • We are not liable for any delays due to customs, carriers, COVID-19 or weather.
        • If, an order is returned/refused due to custom fees, no refund will be issued.
        • Orders may be delayed due to COVID-19 regulations in your country.
