How do I check the status of my order?

  • Create an account and log in.
  • You will receive an email with a tracking number(s).
  • Any changes or events will be updated in your account.
  • Once, you place an order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. There is a track my order option at the bottom of our website.

What does insure my package(s) mean? Is there a fee? How much is the fee? How is the fee calculated?

  • Once we've shipped an order, we are no longer legally, liable for that package. Which is why, we do offer shipping insurance (insure my package) for a low fee of $4.99-$9.99.
  • The fee is automatically, calculated by what you currently have in your cart.
  • So, if you purchase the "insure my package(s)" at checkout this means if, for any reason your package is lost by the shipping service, we will ship you out a new package, right away at no extra charge, limited to stock availability.

How long are flash sales? What if the item I want is out of stock?

  • Typically, our flash sales are 24 hours. However, during the holiday seasons, they can be extended from 36 hours to 72 hours.
  • Our flash sales inventory typically, move fast and can run out within minutes due to the drastic discounts.
  • If, the item is out of stock, that sale will end for that item.

How much is shipping?

  • Shipping is a weight based rate by country, state and region.
  • Prices will vary by what is in your cart at the time of checkout.
  • $0-$16, $16-$99, $99-$399 and up, very few cases can be a little more.
  • Shipping prices will vary from country to region and by shipping type and company used.
  • We have promotions that offer free shipping and discounts on shipping.
  • There are several shipping promotions at any given time.

Where are you located?

  • We are based in the heart of Colorado Springs, Co.
  • We house 8 locations across the US and two warehouses, our primary warehouse is in the USA and our secondary warehouse is in China.

Do you ship to my country or region?

  • We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations.
  • If, you find you have trouble completing a purchase because, you feel it may be not available to your area please, contact customer service, right away and they will take care of it for you.
  • Due to new rules, laws and regulations - we will no longer be shipping to Australia, Europe and the UK effective July 1st 2021.

What are the customer service hours?

  • We offer customer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Our customer service phone line is solely, M-F 10:00 AM - 5 PM MST.
  • Email and contact forms are 24/7 and responses are answered by the number in the que.
  • If, you have had to contact customer service, they will reach out to you within 24 hours. Our customer service response time is usually, within a few hours.

How many are in stock?

  • We don't hide anything from you or try to express any hype. What you see is what you get, is what we have in stock. The actual available stock is on the product page of the item you are trying to view.
  • We have many in high demand items and they will not be saved. If, it's in your cart you are guaranteed that item is yours for 10 minutes, after that the item will return to stock.
  • However, if that same item is in a flash sale then, it is not locked and you jeopardize losing it to another customer.
  • If, you close your window without completing your purchase, before completing your purchase or remove it from your cart then, it is no longer locked and has returned to stock.

Does my promo code expire?

  • Yes, your promo code will have an expiration time and date.
  • If, you're unsure of the date it will expire please, send us an email and we will pull it up for you.

My tracking number does not exist?

  • It hasn't been registered or populated in the system, yet.
  • Some orders can take up to 5 business days to populate.

How do I update my information?

  • You can update your account information at any time by logging in.
  • You can edit your shipping or billing address, email and contact info in your account.
  • If, you checked out as a guest or did not create an account when you purchased your order, you will need to create an account to update any billing or shipping info and details.

My order has shipped, can I change my address?

  • No, we process orders, immediately. 
  • Once your order is processed, we start printing and ship, immediately.
  • Once, your order has hit production, it cannot be changed or canceled.
  • Your package cannot be intercepted or changed.
  • Please, make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

My promo isn't showing in checkout?

  • Only one promo code or discount can be applied at a time.
  • If, it's a buy one get one free, you must have both items in your cart for the discount(s) to be applied and you must use the promo code at checkout.
  • Reach out to customer service if, you need help.

What if I'm buying as a gift?

  • There is an option to leave a note at checkout, please let us know it is a gift.

Am I able to cancel my order?

  • Reach out to customer service, immediately after placing your order.
  • We will attempt to cancel the order however, we process orders immediately and work fast to pack and ship each order.
  • Your order cannot be changed or canceled once, it has hit production.

How do I track my order?

  • Your tracking number is automatically, emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped. Please, check your spam folder or other folder for this email.

Do you ship to Canada?

  • No, we no longer ship to Canada. Effective July 1st 2021.

What shipping company do you use?

  • Our main shipping carrier is USPS.
  • However, we use USPS, UPS and DHL.
  • Our express and expedited shipping types are SF Express and DHL.

How long does shipping take? (USA)

  • We offer standard, flat rate, express and expedited shipping.
  • Tees, tanks and hoodies take 5-7 business days.
  • Premium hoodies can take up to 3 weeks. Expedited shipping is available for these through DHL.
  • Leggings and hats typically take 2 weeks but, please allow up to 3 weeks during holidays and our busy seasons.
  • Jewelry is typically 5-7 business days but, can take up to 2 weeks.
  • Shoes take 2-3 weeks and expedited shipping is also available for these.

How long is processing?

  • We process orders immediately and we have batches every 2 hours.
  • We print, engrave and embroider as your order comes in. 
  • All premium apparel are cut and sewn and made to order.

Can I place a COD order?

  • No, we do not accept COD orders. All orders must be paid in full at the time of your purchase.

Do you offer any discounts or codes? How do I get one?

  • We generate several hundred promo codes on a daily basis for all of our customers.
  • You must subscribe to the list for any promo codes or discounts.
  • You must be a member to receive discounts and promo codes by text or email.
  • Special sales discounts are sent to members, only. Codes are not shareable or redeemable by anyone but, you.
